New Year’s Eve Party – 20,000 attendees, six city blocks, ten stages, multiple entertainers, food vendors, staffing, security, sponsor management.  


We plan and coordinate romantic nuptials from an intimate group of ten guests to a large celebration with 300 guests.  Our average destination wedding is 80-100 guests.  Based on this, we offer two coordination packages which will usually meet our clients’ needs.  Please submit a client inquiry form for more information.
